Fish Spa

Yes, I did it!
Elizabeth and I took the plunge so to speak.
This was definitely an adventure best undertaken with a friend.
We started out with the tank of little fish. They seemed the least intimidating.
After we actually built up the courage to put our feet actually in the water, I couldn't even look at my feet for awhile. The sensation was like having your feet in a bubbling pool. Then we got a bit braver and went to the next pool with middle sized fish. A bit more bubbly but not too bad.
Finally we ventured into the papa bear pool. These fish have TEETH. They were a bit too aggressive for us so we opted to finish our 15 minute fish spa experience in the middle tank.
Was it fun? Very weird but Yes.
Did my feet come out all smooth and pedicured? A bit, but 15 minutes with the little nibblers probably wasn't enough time.
Would I do it again? Probably only if someone really wanted the experience and needed a friend.

Happy "13th" Birthday

March 8, 2010
or as we say in Singapore
8 March 2010

Okay, so we can't believe the girls are actually teenagers now.
What a way to bring in the era of teendom by being overseas in Singapore.
I think this is going to be a month long celebration.
We had cake and candles Friday night with Richa and her twin girls.
Out to dinner with yummy dinner at "Marche's" with Uncle Rusty.
At home family dinner with cake and candles on Monday.
Movie night with 4 of the girls' new friends "Alice in Wonderland" -
Gold Class Theater Seating coming up on Saturday.
5 Days in Siem Reap Cambodia to see Angkor Wat Temples, etc.
Aunty Shirley, Cousin Janey and Pat our Kindergarten Mom here at the end of the month.
Whew!
Celebrations!
